To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email admin@fineprint.net.au with the items you wish to return or exchange.

Provide to us your full name and invoice/receipt number. We will provide you a RA number to use on your parcel.

Send all items back to us and we will process your refund or exchange.

Additional Information:

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay unless the goods are damaged.
